As a Professional Land Surveyor since 1991, Mr. Forsman has held positions in all facets of land surveying providing him with the perspective to visualize the requirements of a project from multiple stages. His expertise in land surveying and management make his foresight especially important in adhering to client schedule deadlines. With a continued formal education from Southeast Missouri State University, majoring in mathematics, Mr. Forsman provides leadership and direction to his staff. |

Mr. Layton offers more than 28 years land surveying and construction staking experience. He has supported the preliminary investigation and construction activities for numerous roadway, bridges, and facility projects in Nevada. In particular, Mr. Layton supervised several high-visibility projects in support of Nevada Department of Transportation roadway enhancement projects and other heavy civil engineering activities.
Mr. Layton is responsible for managing Horizon’s field activities in the greater Las Vegas area, as well as providing quality and safety oversight on various Horizon activities.
